Woods Run Rain Barrel Workshop In partnership with the Pennsylvania Resource Council (PRC), GTECH is hosting a free Rain Barrel Workshop for residents of Perry South/Perry Hilltop only. This neighborhood is part of the Woods Run (O-27) sewershed, the focus area for the GTECH GSI project. Stormwater Hike&Learn at the Heritage Day Festival in Observatory Hill Adam, our GTECH GSI Community Liaison from the Brighton Heights neighborhood, will be leading attendees from the Observatory Hill Inc.
