Outstanding! Really meaningful reflections on RVP Conf. Understanding the property lifecycle and where families / owners are on this trajectory (as well as the municipality/ other stakeholders) is key, to smallify-ing an otherwise large unwieldy issue into its parts in order to connect expertise and resources to where and to whom they are most needed.
