As one of the first Resilience Generation projects, Grounded Strategies worked with CASGED to expand use of and access to the Town Square, consisting of the Food City Community Garden and the Tripoli Park. The collaboration involved making this public greenspace accessible to people with disabilities and making the community garden more visible by building a new corner entrance with a flatter, smoother pathway through the garden, and custom raised beds for easier access and use in a wheelchair.
