Fineview & Perry Hilltop Joint Open Space Plan

In a true display of inter-community cooperation, the citizens’ councils of Fineview and Perry Hilltop are working together to complete a Joint Comprehensive Plan for the two Northside neighborhoods. The partnership applied for and received ReGen funding allowing Grounded to provide technical assistance to support the endeavor. Specifically, Grounded Strategies helped to assemble the Open Space component of the community plan. Technical assistance included field data collection, data analysis, open space recommendations, and an implementation strategy. The purpose of the project was to prioritize open space opportunities and action items in alignment with the long-term, resident-driven vision for the community.
