Teresa Hammond Pronouns: she/her/hers Teresa Hammond is an experienced healthcare executive and marketing leader with over 15 years of experience. Her diverse background working across a range of categories in both large and early-stage companies has prepared her to make significant Board contributions in marketing, business strategy, and team development. Teresa started her marketing career in brand management at Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, and HJ Heinz. After 10 years working in large companies, Teresa transitioned to 4moms®, an early-stage company where she had a significant impact building the brand across multiple baby gear categories and establishing the marketing function. In 2015, she also gained responsibility for domestic and international sales. In 2018, Teresa joined GoNoodle®, a health-focused media brand for kids, as Chief Marketing Officer where she grew the home user audience by 500%+, converting school users into home users, delivering on the brand’s mission to turn screen time into active time. In 2019, Teresa became Chief Marketing & Advertising Officer at North American Dental Group, a dental service organization with 230+ affiliated practices. At NADG, Teresa is responsible for patient acquisition and engagement marketing plans for affiliated practices as well as B2B marketing initiatives for internal teams including Development and Recruiting. Teresa is an expert in marketing to women. She has an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton. Teresa lives in Pittsburgh, PA. She is passionate about helping women entrepreneurs is actively engaged as a coach and mentor. She serves on the Board of the Sewickley Valley YMCA which provides services from childcare to disease management programs. She is passionate about healthy living and enjoys hiking, yoga, and cooking.
