ReEnergize Pittsburgh Ambassador

“[Energy is] what activates people and living things — the source of our life.”

About Me.

I’m originally from Curwensville, PA, but I’ve lived in Millvale for the past 5 years. I am an attorney turned stay-at-home parent. While I miss a lot about the working world, I would not trade my current job for anything. My two sons, Elijah (3) and Orion (5 mo.) are the best bosses one could ask for! When I get a minute I enjoy my almost nonexistent yoga practice. Also, every single day, I try to find a place to put my bare feet on the earth, breathe deeply and be present with my own self for a few minutes.

Why did you apply to be a ReEnergize Ambassador?

I really love the mission and the passion that GTECH has for this program.

What is your favorite place in your neighborhood?

The community garden. It’s almost always quiet and smells amazing.

Why do you think it is important to help your neighbors become more energy efficient?

They need to save money, help their children have a future and get engaged in something.
