Ayanna Lee-Davis Saul Ewing LLP Ayanna Lee-Davis is senior counsel in the Pittsburgh office of Saul Ewing LLP where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice and the Energy, Environmental and Utilities Practice groups. She counsels clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations and development projects, and also in energy-related transactions and oil and gas and environmental regulatory matters. Ayanna is a Pittsburgh native who was born and raised on the North Side, currently resides in the Perry Hilltop area of the City. She is a graduate of Sewickley Academy, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Point Park University, a Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law and an LL.M. in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. Ayanna took part in the ReClaim Ambassador Program with GTECH in 2015.
