Homewood Vacant Lot Cleanup with Sierra Club & Grounded

We’re partnering with the Sierra Club to tangibly clean up the neighborhood, see what we can accomplish together, and hang out in the park with provided lunch! Join the CommunityCare stewards and neighbors at the corner of Frankstown Ave and Homewood for a few hours of community beautification.
