CommunityCare Hill District

For the 2026 maintenance season (July-November), Hill District CommunityCare Stewards are focusing on sites created in 2017-2019 through Grounded’s ReClaim program: Cat’s Corner, Central Hub, The Gathering Place, Middle Hill Parklet, and Project Love Coalition’s Peace and Friendship Farm. Maintenance activities include weeding, planting native perennials, seeding wildflowers, litter removal, tree care, and more. For a detailed breakdown of site histories, see the below infographics.
