SUMMARY:Livability Solutions Green Infrastructure Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The Center for Neighborhood Technology (CNT) has developed a way for communities to cost-effectively scale up green infrastructure in developed urban areas as well as a tool that quantifies co-benefits of green infrastructure. Join GTECH and One Northside for a technical workshop on Green Infrastructure Tools presented by Hal Sprague\, Water Policy Manager at CNT. Topics will include how to cost-effectively scale up green infrastructure with the Green Portfolio Standard and quantify co-benefits of green infrastructure with the Green Infrastructure Valuation Guide\, a broad analysis that is the first to place an economic value on the numerous benefits provided by green infrastructure. \nAudience: Non-profits\, public agencies\, municipalities\, community groups\, and anyone else that is interested in green stormwater infrastructure. \nCost: Free.
